The Greater Washington Area Chapter (GWAC) of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses welcomes you and invites you to join us in our many activities that foster excellence in patient and family care.  Our mission is to provide valuable networking and educational opportunities that prepare acute and critical care nurses to “make their optimal contribution” in delivering the highest quality patient and family centered care.
As the local affiliate of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, GWAC seeks to make a critical difference through supporting and directing the professional endeavors of our nearly 300 members.
